Mr. Camera, Inc. ("we", "us") is a Las Vegas, Nevada video-production company. This page describes the text-message (SMS) program we use to coordinate with the crew and contractors we hire for productions, and how recipients consent to and opt out of those messages.
We send text messages only to crew members, freelancers, and contractors with whom we have an existing working relationship — camera operators, gaffers, grips, sound mixers, production assistants, and similar production roles — who have given us their mobile number for scheduling coordination. We do not text the general public, and we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Messages are operational and transactional. Typical messages:

Hi Jane, Mr. Camera here. Checking your availability for Luxor F&B Lifestyle as Director of Photography on May 1-3. Reply 1=CONFIRM, 2=PASS, 3=NEED MORE TIME.
Crew and contractors opt in by checking an explicit consent box on our crew-portal sign-up web form, which links to this policy, before creating an account. The consent checkbox reads: "I agree to receive scheduling & logistics text messages from Mr. Camera, Inc. at my mobile number (availability, call times, day-of changes). Msg & data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Crew also provide their mobile number directly when we engage them for production work (onboarding, hiring, or accepting a booking). This is one-to-one, relationship-based communication, not a bulk marketing list, and we do not buy or rent phone numbers.
Frequency varies with production activity. Recipients receive messages only in connection with specific shoots they are being scheduled for; there is no fixed recurring frequency.
We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
We use mobile numbers only to coordinate production scheduling. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing, and we do not share them for any purpose unrelated to scheduling the work you are engaged for.
