What it is. Mr. Camera HQ is an internal-use estimating, invoicing, and crew-scheduling tool built and operated by Mr. Camera, Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada. It connects to QuickBooks Online to push approved estimates as invoices, sync customer records, and reconcile catalog items.
Who it's for. Mr. Camera, Inc. and its authorized employees and contractors. Mr. Camera HQ is not offered for public sign-up. There is no marketplace listing, no free tier, no paid tier — it is a single-tenant operations tool for one production company.
What it does
- Estimates — multi-day production estimates with crew, equipment, and post-production line items, day-by-day breakouts, and per-line vendor / internal classification.
- Call sheets — auto-generated call sheets with per-day weather, sunrise/sunset, hospital info, and crew contact details. Mailed via the operator's local Mail.app (not relayed through this server).
- Crew management — contact records, position rates, availability outreach via SMS / email, double-booking detection.
- QuickBooks Online integration — read-only sync of customers + service items, controlled push of approved estimates as invoices, idempotent retries, parent:sub customer hierarchy preserved.
- Post-production tracking — per-deliverable tracking with aspect ratios, due dates, and music cue notes.
