Name (set by the office)

Your legal name as the office has it on file — used on contracts, call sheets, and payment. To change it, message the office.

Nickname

What you go by on set, if different from your legal name. Shown on call sheets so the crew knows who to ask for.

Mobile phone

How the office reaches you about a booking, call time, or a last-minute change. Kept on file for coordination only — never shared publicly.

Where we send call sheets, booking confirmations, and your portal sign-in. Keep it current so you do not miss a booking.

Wrap-form delivery

After a shoot, the office sends you a link to submit your hours/OT, reimbursements, and invoice. Choose how that link reaches you.

Job title / specialty

Your primary role (for example Gaffer, Camera Op, Sound Mixer). Helps the office book you for the right work.

Positions & rates

Add every position you work and set your day rate for each. Add or remove positions anytime — the office reviews changes before they go live.

Public crew store

List yourself on the public crew store so producers can find and request you for jobs. Opt out anytime. The office reviews this before it goes live, and you need at least one position on file to be listed.

Getting paid

Your bank details go directly to Bill.com and are never visible to Mr. Camera. You set up your own Bill.com account and enter your info there.

🔒 Mr. Camera never sees your bank info. Payments are handled securely through Bill.com — set up your account and enter your bank details directly with them.

Unavailable dates

Block out days you cannot work. This updates right away (no approval) so you do not get booked then.

Add any day or range you are not available — vacation, another gig, anything. The office sees these instantly and will not book you on those days. A reason is optional and only the office sees it.
